Healthy With Be Klear

As our world is getting more advance digitally, what changes is with our lifestyle. We now live in front of the screen, move less and can't find the time to cook. These have the adverse effect on our health. We get sick easier, experiencing an office syndrome. There are also disorders from unhealthy eating, like obesity, renal failure or even hypertension. Be Klear wants to be a movement to support healthy trend because nothing is better than your healthy self. Today, Mama Be wants to share with you how each nutrient can help you live a happier life.

Carbohydrate

Your main energy sources. For Thais, it is mainly rice. Mama Be recommends choosing rice 'with color' when eating, like brown rice and riceberry rice. Because, the less/un-processed rice have more vitamins and fibers.

Proteins

Strengthen muscles and help with your recovery.  When you do physical activities, proteins can help you heal. Mama Be always choose meat with less fat, like chicken breast. And, cook by baked, boiled or stir-fried.

Fats

Fats is not the villain. We need good fats for our body to operate. It can help your body dissolve some vitamins, keep you warm and help recover muscle. Try nuts, like almond, pistachio or macadamia. Or seeds, like pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.

Water

Don't skip drinking water. Our body contains mostly water and it is needed in all systems. Not drinking sufficient water can cause your body to overload and make you age faster.

Micronutrients

Your body needs micronutrients to operate. They can be found in vegetables and fruits. The easy way to choose is to pick them from colors. Doctors recommend eating at least 5 colors+ (Each color contains different micronutrients)

But there's a catch..

Vegetables/Fruits often come with chemicals and contaminants. Even though our meal is healthy, we have to properly clean them so they won't harm us. Washing then, should become your vital meal preparation step.

When we talk about vegetable washing, most people hate it because we are too lazy to wash. However, it is simpler than we thought. Be Klear would love to see every household have clean meals.
